This page is for our ADULT disciples 18+ in the 2025-2026 school year.
These are disciples who attend class on Monday evening (English) or Tuesday evening (Spanish).
This class primarily receives information via email from cce@stlukecc.org or texts directly with their Catechist(s).
Printable form: 2025-2026 Sponsor Form (Adults seeking Baptism will need to use the Godparent form on the Christian Initiation webpage.)
Sponsor forms are due on or before registering via email (cce@stlukecc.org) or drop off at the CCE office. Forms should be completed by the Sponsor as indicated. Requirements for Sponsors & information regarding how to choose a sponsor are included. Thank you!
**For Confirmation, only one sponsor is listed on the certificate & in the parish records.

Mentor & Student Assignments
The following assignments should be completed WITH your sponsor/mentor for Confirmation. We recommend completing each one separately as they are due to give yourself and your mentor time to discuss. After meeting with your mentor, the student should:
1) Write a summary about what you and your mentor discussed regarding the assignment
2) Turn in the summary and the assignment sheet on or before the due date. Thank you!

Adult Sacrament students:
After watching the video: Bringing Our Gifts, we are asking all to sign up to bring up the gifts at Mass.
Each family will only sign up for 1 date on the attached list (4 persons total are needed -including the student(s) receiving the Sacrament of Eucharist and/or Confirmation this year. You may sign up with other students from our class.
After signing up, you will receive an automatic email reminder of the date and time you signed up for and again 2 days before the scheduled mass.
