The following list includes the documents we need completed and signed as soon as possible! If you are unable to print or complete online (including signatures), please call (956) 541-0184 to schedule a time to pick up a packet. Thank you again!

Required Documents (click on the document name to download)

1) 2021-2022 Catechist/Volunteer Application (18+) OR Minor Application (under 18)

2) 2021-2022 Code of Ethics form (Catechist) OR Code of Ethics (Non-Catechist...i.e. office aide)

3) Complete the Annual Renewal for “Virtus” Keeping the Promise Alive (this one is not offered online) OR “Virtus” PGC 3.0 link for one hour temporary free online training (This one is good for 5 years, is primarily for New Catechists, but is allowed as a “Keeping the Promise Alive” annual substitution for catechists) To view the free training, go to https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/ Begin the registration process and select Brownsville, TX (Diocese). You will select Protecting God's Children for Adults. Once you complete the session, send a copy of the certificate to cce@stlukecc.org (Past Catechists, if you aren't sure when you last completed this portion, please send an email to cce@stlukecc.org to request the info OR via Remind messaging. **NEW Catechists or those who did not volunteer in the last couple of years will be asked to complete an additional background check. The documents for that will be sent to you separately. Thank you!
